Non-returnable items

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a refund or exchange.

The product must be unused and returned in the same condition you received. With proof of receipt or may exchange for another product.

To request a refund or exchange, please email Shay at craftedimperfectly@gmil.com. Once the request is approved, we will email you a return label and instructions on how and where to take it. Products mailed back without requesting a refund first will not be accepted.

When you first receive the product, please inspect that there is no damage, no missing items and everything is correct. If you have received damaged products, missing items, or the wrong items. Please email us as soon as possible. Craftedimperfectly@gmail.com

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
